I offer my handmade jewellery at wholesale prices to both established and new businesses
My handmade jewellery is ideal for small business selling jewellery at craft fairs and through party plan.
Or if you have a salon or tanning studio wanting to add a cabinet with jewellery
Boutiques who would like a range of jewellery to add to their collection
If you have an established business or you are just starting up new then I can supply you with a range of handmade jewellery in limited edition and unique designs.
My jewellery must not be sold on-line
The first order has to be to the value of £100 and £50 thereafter

TRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS

My handmade jewellery is not to be sold online
The first wholesale order has to be up to the sum of £100 before discount and p+p
PAYMENT.
Payment is via paypal online
Paypal, cash or cheque at my studio (Orders are not sent until the cheque has been cleared)
DELIVERY
Orders within the UK will normally be delivered within 3 working days of receiving the order. Orders are sent special delivery £7.00 p+p
Orders placed from Eire £15 p+p and the order will be dispatched a signed for service within 3 days of reviving the order
Orders placed from Europe £20 p+p and the order will be posted within 3 days or reviving the order
A Royal mail tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your orders progress online
If I am away on holiday a note will be placed on my site and the date of the next delivery will be posted
The order will be delivered to the buyers specified address and it is their responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for taking delivery of the order
If the seller has to redeliver the order due to non-delivery, the buyer has to pay the redelivery costs

CANCELLATION/RETURNS

The buyer has 24 hours to inform the seller via email or phone that they wish to cancel the order.
After 24 hours of placing the order if the buyer cancels then their order the seller may charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee
Orders cannot be cancelled ounce they have been dispatched
Upon the receipt of the order the buyer must immediately check the items and inform the seller within 24 hours by email of any damaged items or any incorrect quantities. After this period the seller will not take liability
The seller will only receive retuned goods that have been sent back packaged as received and posted back Royal Mail special delivery after informing the seller
The buyer shall be entitled to a refund any returned postage costs if the seller has instructed the buyer to return any items
The seller will not refund or credit the buyer for any goods returned without first contacting the buyer
Most items of the handmade jewellery are either gold or silver plate and may taint over time in certain environments and should be treated with care
All my pieces of handmade jewellery are made from handmade beads and natural semi-precious stones and beads. There will be some slight differences in the size and colour of the beads and stones
