Orders are sent Royal Mail first Class recorded delivery.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: I am happy to post to any part of the world. The U.K postage will cover your package recorded delivery standard postage. If you require airmail please contact me.
RETURNS/REFUNDS :I take every care in making and packaging my handmade jewellery. If for any reason it arrives to you damaged, please return it to me recorded delivery where I will replace or fix it. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then if it is returned to me within 7 days in the original packaging then I will be happy to exchange the goods. All returns must be sent back to me recorded deliver and after an email has been sent informing me of the reason for the return.

JEWELLERY FINDINGS: All the findings on my handmade jewellery comply with the E.E.C. directive on low nickel content. The earring hooks are all nickel free. Where I use the term “gold” or “silver” in my descriptions I refer to the colour. Where I use the terms sterling Silver, Bali Silver they are described as such. Bali silver is 925 and has the same combination as sterling silver.
UNIQUE HANDMADE JEWELLERY: All the jewellery on my site has been made and designed by myself with the exception of the Murano pendants. I use a large collection of semi-precious stones and handmade beads in my designs so there will be slight differences in the size shape and colour of the beads but this will just add to the uniqueness of the piece of fashion jewellery. I do not follow the high street with my designs, well who wants to be seen wearing the same piece of jewellery as everyone else.
ORIGINAL JEWELLERY COLLECTION: My large and unique collection of jewellery includes charm bracelets that are dripping in semi-precious stones and handmade beads. Handmade charm Bracelets that are made by myself. There is an eclectic mix of handmade earrings that are made to match and compliment my other jewellery designs. MURANO PENDANTS: When I refer to Murano pendants they are Murano style pendants and have been made from foiled glass into the style of “Murano glass” These pendants still have the a beauty of their own and as you can see can be purchased at a fraction of the price of Murano Glass.
