HANDMADE_JEWELLERY: All the Jewellery on my site with the exception of the Murano Pendants are designed and made by myself. I source the Semi-Precious stones and handmade beads from all around the world so that I can bring you a large and eclectic mix of designs at affordable prices. Because I use natural stones, Shells, Pearls and Handmade Beads there will be slight differences in the size and shape of the stones but this will only add to the originality of the piece of Handmade Jewellery.

JEWELLERY FINDINGS: All the findings I use comply with the E.E.C. directive on low nickel content. The earring hooks are all nickel free. Where I use the term "gold" or "silver" in my descriptions I refer to the colour. Where I use the term Sterling Silver, Bali silver they are described as such. Bali Silver is 925 the same composition as Sterling Silver.

POSTAGE: I endeavour to get all orders posted within 24 hours of receiving them and they are all posted to you first class recorded delivery.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: I will post to any part of the world at the same rate as U.K. postage £3.50. If I can be of any more help feel free to contact me.

RETURNS/REFUNDS : Every care is taken in the making and packing of my jewellery but if in the event that it arrives to you damaged, please return it to me where I will replace, fix or give you a refund. ( Do please drop me an email before hand) If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then if it is returned to me within 7 days recorded delivery I will be happy to exchange the goods.
