Everything you see online is in stock unless otherwise stated and is available to be posted out the same day if your order in placed before 1pm
If a product is out of stock it will say “SOLD” and it will state if only one piece is available
If you are wanting a piece altering it may take a day or two longer but I will do my best to get it out to you A.S.A.P
If you would like a piece of bespoke jewellery making please give me plenty of time as to avoid disappointment
I do understand that many pieces purchased now are for Christmas gifts. I do have a 7 days return policy but I am happy to extend this regarding alterations and any other quires until the 2nd January 2012 meaning if your gift is not quite right I will do my best to help. There are no exchanges on goods that have been worn and all good must be returned in perfect condition in there boxes
Every piece is sent out in perfect condition and well packaged but if for any reason the piece does not arrive in perfect condition please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will supply the return address and I will exchange or refund the goods whichever is applicable. Do please check the jewellery carefully upon receipt as this only applies to 7 days after receipt of goods
Please keep your invoice in a safe place as I can only deal with queries that have an invoice number and the date of purchase.
I am happy to deal with all queries of Christmas purchases up until the Monday 2nd January 2012. So if there are any queries about the piece please let me know before then and I will deal with it straight away

POSTAGE
I endeavour to post all orders out within 48 hours of receiving. Most orders are posted within 24 hours.
If I am unable to post out within 72 hours I will inform you
FREE POSTAGE OVER £20 ON ALL UK ORDERS
Orders under £20 postage and packaging is £2.00 second class recorded
All UK orders over £20 will sent to you free second class recorded delivery
Al UK orders over £50 will be sent first class recorded deliver
You will have the opportunity to upgrade to first class recorded or special delivery if required when placing your order
Please check that I am able to send out special delivery on the same day and unfortunately I am not able to guarantee a Saturday delivery
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders outside of the UK must add International postage to their order
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every care is taken when packaging my jewellery but if it should arrive to you damaged please let me know by email within 48 hours of receipt.
If for any reason you are not happy with your goods again you must let me know within 48 hours of receipt.
If goods are to be returned I will email you the return address and all goods have to be returned in their box recorded deliver within 7 days of receiving the return address
All returns have to be sent recorded deliver and I do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customer’s responsibility until they are received
All goods must be returned to the return address sent to you. I do not take any responsibility for any good sent to my studio address as my studio is in an open building and not secure.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage on exchanged goods
If the goods are returned due to a fault I will refund you the postage
There are no returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons
There are no returns or exchanges on sale goods, discounted items or pieces of jewellery that have been altered to customers requirements
JEWELLERY
All the jewellery on my site complies with the E.E.C. directive on low nickel content.
Where I use the term silver or gold in my descriptions I refer to the colour. Most of the silver finings and beads are a silver alloy so the colour will not come off. And all beads and charms are lead free.
When the pieces are Sterling Silver I will refer to them as Sterling Silver
Where I refer to Murano glass or Murano pendants they are in the style of Murano glass
JEWELLERY CARE
All my pieces of jewellery should be treated with the care and I advise that they are kept in the boxes they arrive in.
As with all pieces of jewellery they should not be worn while bathing or come into contact with perfume.
I take great care in making my jewellery and use high grade materials. Your pieces should last for years with care but if you have any problems please let me know

HANDMADE JEWELLERY
I make all the jewellery pieces on my site myself and use natural stones, pearls, and handmade glass beads so there maybe some very slight differences in the colour, shape and markings in the beads but this just adds to the uniqueness of your piece of handmade jewellery
ALTERATIONS
If any of my pieces of jewellery are the wrong length for you I am sure I will be able to alter it for you. Just let me know when purchasing and I will do my best to help
