Do you make everything yourself?
Yes. I make all the pieces of handmade jewellery that you see on my site with the exception of the Murano style glass pendants. I do not buy in any jewellery from abroad and pass it off as my own. All the pieces of handcrafted jewellery are handmade here in the UK by myself.

Are the stones genuine?
Yes all the semi-precious stones are genuine stones. There will be slight differences in the size shape and shade of some of the stones as they are natural not manufactured

Can you make to order?
Yes. I am happy to work with any customer to create a unique piece of handmade bespoke jewellery for them. Simply email me and I will do everything I can to help.

What if the necklace is to long/short?
Not a problem. Just contact me and I can alter it for you. This also applies to most of my pieces of handcrafted jewellery

Is everything available?
Everything you see online is available for me to post out straight away. There is no long waiting time for me to make the jewellery so if you are in need of something in a rush it is available. If a piece has been sold it will say SOLD and it will also state if there is only 1REMIANING

What if I do not like the piece when it arrives?
No problem. If for some reason you do not like your piece of jewellery when it arrives just let me know straight away and you have 7 days to return the piece and we can either exchange or arrange a refund for you. You will need your invoice number and the date you purchase the piece.
